As an independent artist managing my own creative, technical, and operational processes, I wish to provide a clear statement regarding my position on the use of artificial intelligence in connection with my work.
Due to the complexity of handling all aspects of my artistic career independently including music production, visual design, website development, distribution, and promotion certain technical tools that may incorporate artificial intelligence can exist within the programming of my website, plugins, hosting infrastructure, or development environment. These may include automated optimization tools, analytics systems, code assistants, or backend utilities.
However, I categorically state the following:
- No AI is used in the creation of my artistic works.
This includes, but is not limited to:- Song lyrics
- Musical composition
- Instrumentation
- Sound design
- Visual art
- Illustrations
- Graphic design
- Concept development
- All lyrics are written by me personally.
My writing process involves independent research, reflection, and inspiration derived from literature and poetry. Artificial intelligence is not partially nor fully involved in the conceptual or structural development of my music. - All visual artwork is drawn and created by me.
My artistic style, illustrations, and compositions are manually developed and are the result of my own technical and creative process. - AI may occasionally be used for auxiliary or administrative tasks.
Examples may include:- Drafting social media captions
- Structuring publication text
- Technical troubleshooting
- Code assistance for website functionality
- Any AI-related tools used operate locally within my own computing environment whenever applicable.
I maintain an independent and neutral position regarding artificial intelligence technologies. I am neither promoting nor opposing AI categorically; however, I reject any use that exploits, copies, or appropriates the creative work of other artists. - I do not use, support, or engage in the unauthorized extraction, scraping, reproduction, or imitation of other artists’ works.
My work is created independently. I do not produce derivative “slop” content or machine-generated imitations. - Absolute Prohibition on Model Training
I do not grant permission, under any circumstances, for:- Training artificial intelligence systems
- Feeding my works into datasets
- Using my drawings, compositions, lyrics, or stylistic elements
- Replicating, analyzing, or modeling my artistic style
- Extracting features from my music, voice, compositions, or visual identity
- Any unauthorized use of my works for the purpose of training, developing, fine-tuning, or improving AI systems will be considered a violation of my intellectual property rights.
In the event of unauthorized use, I reserve the right to pursue all available legal remedies under applicable copyright, intellectual property, and data protection laws.
All creative output associated with my artistic identity is human-made and independently produced.
