I’m Aarón Martinez, a soul in a vessel with dreams, doubts, and goals still taking shape like you.
I’m from Costa Rica, I hope to contribute even in a small way to a shift in the local and digital music scene. Not by claiming a place, but by building one through consistency, intention, and respect for the process.
I make music under the name mdeath, a play on the words “I am dead” pretty corny, I know, haha. I’m not chasing perfection or status; I’m learning, experimenting, and trying to be honest with what I create.
I’m inspired by artists and bands who weren’t afraid to push their own limits, Spiritbox, BMTH, Frogspawn, José Macario, Meganeko, Cynthony and others…. Their work reminds me that growth comes from risk, not certainty.
I also take part in other projects and collaborations.
At the core, I’m just someone who wants to be part of art to contribute, to evolve, and to leave something honest behind, no matter how small, before I left this world….
